Today was a good day for Clara, however she had to get her second blood transfusion for anemia. A lot of talk from Doctors and Nurse Practitioners today. It's left me feeling very over whelmed and emotional. Hard day for me. The wear and tear from the trip back and forth, life in a NICU, and responsibilities at home have left me exhausted. Sometimes I think "I can't believe I am going through this....its so hard". But I am.
Sweetest part of the day was to see her sleep on Jason's chest.

Stay strong! I love your blog and I am so grateful that you are sharing this journey with all of us. You, Clara, Jason and Maddie are going through something so huge that it helps me keep a good perspective on the little bumps in my life :)
