They took Clara at 11:30. We are so thankful that our minister and his wife came and prayed with us over our sweet Clara.
Surgery should be about five hours. They will take her straight to the PICU, there we can finally see her.
She was in a really good mood this morning, laughing, giving kisses and raspberries. Clara was so brave and didn't cry one time, even when they took her away.
We are downstairs in the lobby of UNCHH with family hanging out
now. The second floor is packed full with families waiting as well, so it's best to have space for us all. It's so great to have conversation to pass the time, and get our minds off Clara being up stairs.
They did let her keep in her pink hair bow, ruffled socks, and of course her pacie. Always a baby doll.
